TTUSD Professional Development Summit 2024

Join Tim Schwarz for an engaging session that focuses on the following skills:
* How to raise a concern or share a criticism without putting others on the defensive
* How to express what you are really feeling with both candor and compassion
* How to bring a conflict to a true win/win resolution so that issue does not resurface
* Part I, offered in the first session, focuses on how we perceive what’s happened during a conflict and how to share our experience during difficult communication. Part II, offered in the second session, focuses on if, when, and how to express feelings during difficult communication.
* Parts I and II complement each other but Part I is not prerequisite for Part II.
* Part I is the same communication workshop from last year’s convocation—participants who attended last year are welcome to attend again and encouraged to bring a colleague who would also benefit from attending.
