In this workshop we’ll explore the integration of work and life priorities through the lens of C.O.P.E. – Communication, Organization, Planning and Establishing Self-Care. Attendees will learn strategies to become more proficient at navigating the challenges of having balance between work and home and healthy fulfillment in one’s life.
