This Restorative Practices training supports teachers and staff to build community. It is a relationships first approach and is modeled after IIRP's Level 1 training covering "restorative circles." It will give tools and strategies that can be used immediately. Restorative Practices build a sense of school community, resolve conflict through repairing harm and restoring positive relationships. Other topics include academic goal setting, student check ins, developing core values, and conflict resolution.
