The Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is pleased to offer the 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan and the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan to eligible employees in order to help save for retirement. This course provides a brief explanation of the provisions, policies, and rules that govern the 403(b) and 457(b) Plans offered. It will also illustrate the increasing need for employees to understand their retirement plans and develop a vision for a successful retirement. Plan administration services for the 403(b) and 457(b) Plans are provided by Envoy Plan Services, Inc. (Envoy).
